Thank you for shopping with Sudoku Studios. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During sales, holidays, or peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Within Cyprus

We offer delivery throughout Cyprus.

Estimated delivery time:

3 – 5 business days after dispatch.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations.

Estimated delivery times:

Greece: 5 – 8 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance and local postal services.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Delivery Delays

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at sudokustudios@outlook.com or via Instagram @sudokustudios. We will do our best to update the address if your order has not yet been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at sudokustudios@outlook.com.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
